I think one of the most difficult things about trying to come back to lj is that I'm used to getting comments and new posts on my friends page throughout the day; at least, that's how it used to be. And then with newer things like tumblr and facebook you just have a constant stream of content pretty much, so if you want to go check up you'll always find something new, even if it's not interesting or anything. There's just always something there. I check up on lj and there's nothing new lol.

Yes, I've missed reading your posts too. I think lj posts are a lot more... personal and intimate? If that makes sense. Than stuff like tumblr and facebook which are more... frivolous? Even when you try to make more personal and thoughtful posts on there they quickly get buried beneath a bunch of memes and junk.

I think if enough of us start using it again, it will be active enough to warrant continuing using LiVEJOURNAL :D dreamingmystic is X if you want to add her. I think of the people 'coming back' she's the only one you'd know? Actually I think other than the two of you, none of you guys know each other XD Maybe we should do some kind of little group... friending... thing... ?? So everyone has more people to follow/interact with instead of just me lol.

And yeah it's soooo weird
