Isky adventures! *grabs popcorn*

He's gross and Isky doesn't like him nor does anyone but he's such a slimeball

But he—

I personally have a minor crush on him

Oh, thank god. For a second I thought I didn’t know you anymore. For what it’s worth, Loghain is a pretty cool dude. He gets most of his characterization from the prequel novel, but he’s kind of a neato antagonist here. He kind of reminds me of Vayne.

Fighting darkspawn by moonlight
Winning love by daylight,
Never running from a real fight
He’s the Grey Warden, Sailor Isky~

compassionate and forgiving character.

The next two games do a much better job with the options, IMO, and your PC feels more like a real character. I had a hard time getting particularly attached to the Warden in DA1 for that reason, but I loved Hawke and the Inquisitor in the later games.

I don't understand the religion in this game honestly

*realizes I understand the religion of this game better than real world religion* *has existential crisis*

But seriously, it’s basically a more fantasy version of modern Christianity; just more socially liberal and Jesus was also Joan of Arc.

But Morrigan offers an interesting perspective

As she often does. Hopefully Isky and Big Man can become friends. He’s definitely the hardest person to get close to, and a lot of his attitudes and behaviors are due a massive difference in culture between Isky/us and the qunari/Big Man. (My first Warden, Rasvid, was not able to be friends with him. Big Man did not care for Ras in the slightest.)

Isky still feels a bit uncomfortable, but he is learning much from his friend Morrigan

I really liked this line. Isky is trying to expand his horizons!

Redcliffe and the Circle Tower are the two easier choices, and their plotlines soorrtaaaaaaaa incercept kind/maybe a little. But yeah. Redcliffe is good for Alistair (who is definitely the best character in the game…well, next to Morrigan) stuffs, and there’s a lot of neat-o stuff to happen. Good luck, Isky! Stay pure, you kindhearted little snowflake.
