From my understanding Salisbury steak is pretty much like... Making a steak-shaped thing with ground beef, so it is like a hamburger but you eat it like a steak instead of on a bun? And commonly it is eaten with mushroom gravy. But it is also popular as a frozen TV dinner here where you get this rubbery slab of something soaked in gravy. It is known for being pretty gross frozen food, but some people like it (I like it lol). The not-frozen-dinner version is really good tho XD
