OK so I searched on some Japanese sites and found people saying you could give Angel Ribbon to Sharon, Jessica, or Emma, and you could give Cool Pins to Million, Bobby, Lionel, or Simon...????

But also while looking up stuff about this, I read that you have to give the Cool Pins to Million before clearing the game or he won't ever hook up with Emma and you can't finish the dictionary?!?!?

This game is so unpopular and Harvest Moon games have a history of people believing fake rumors to the point where the false information is more commonly accepted/known than the real information. Like, almost ever game has something that was a false rumor but is still written into like every guide and website and fan page and always given as an answer on forums and often goes unquestioned and uncontested... it's so weird O_o

But yeah... IDK if I want to keep going on IL if I'm not going to be able to complete everything -_-;; So I'm asking on fogu which is the most reliable source of information I know of, but... yeah, IDK what I'm going to do if it's true that you had to have already given it to him. You literally get it in the area where the game ends so IDK why they'd expect you to go try to give it to him before???

I really don't want to play this game over again lol -_-;

last time I found out something like that about a game I played I actually cried about it because I didn't want to play it again but I really wanted to see the thing happen and looking on Youtube was just... not satisfying at all XD

Yeah lol I don't even care about seeing Million and Emma get married honestly LOL I just want to complete the dictionary and apparently you HAVE to get Emma and Million together to complete it?? I've been looking up a lot about this recently and I'm so mad lol.. maybe I'll play again in a few years...

Though it seems like you might be able to do more with this -- this series is... unique in that there's so much fail information out there about it? Even in Japanese, it's hard to find accurate information about most of the Harvest Moon games, though the newer ones are getting complete guidebooks since the games are getting more and more popular. But older games there were no official guides, and like I said fan rumors tend to get way out of hand about these games to where more people believe the lie than the reality...

Guides for the games are always incomplete or full of lies, too.

For example, in one of my favorite games (Innocent Life is like... one of the worst Harvest Moon games honestly LOL I just love the characters for some reason even though they're not very developed LOLOLOL I will admit Liberta's face is a HUGE reason I love the game) called "Save the Homeland," basically the game revolves around character stories and you keep playing the same year over and over and try to see all the stories/endings. And like, I've played through many times then started looking at guides but like... they are such a mess and tell you lots of wrong things?

But like, in that game I found scenes/routes that I can't find information about at all online. Like uh there's this one story that involves three girls working together to make this special dress for this contest (a designer, a seamstress, and a model) and like... the seamstress is kinda the main character of that route but EVEYRONE EVER makes it about the model girl and every single guide is like "OK at this point you MUST pursue the model and if you don't you can't beat the game etc" and like... uh I barely even talked to her and got all these scenes about the seamstress (the ending is about her anyway!!!) and I can't find videos of this or descriptions or anything like no one even seems to know that these possibilities exist...

Anyway, the point is that I really wonder if there's more you can do with these items and perhaps get other people to hook up besides Emma and Million? Like, maybe you could even give the Cool Pins to Liberta??????? Do you know how excited I'd be if you could hook up Liberta and Jessica or something weird like that?????

But yeah IDK people are REALLY stupid about Harvest Moon, and pretty much if you play any of the games before the Wii/PS3/360 era, you will find more lies than you will find accurate information about the games it seems X_X In a way it's fun because you can discover so much yourself, like me finding the scenes/route apparently that no one has ever written about ever, but at the same time, it's frustrating because I feel like there's probably things I'm not seeing at all just because no one realizes it even exists in the game...

that is all so stupid and annoying I would die xD I actually think that would be enough to put me off a game...I didn't play Xbox for more than a month after I finished Mass Effect 3 because I was so upset xD I couldn't even turn the console on without having a rage lol

Yeah I usually don't use guides or talk to people til I finish the game anyway but like no one knows anything about Harvest Moon games, they're just huge mysteries. It's slowly gotten better but you'll still run into the fake stuff soooo much unless you know where to look and know who to trust, and even then like certain sources will be good for some of the games, but then have fake info for like the other games and it's like lkajsdlfkjasldkfjasldkfjalsdkfjalsdkfj
