Frustration

So, I triggered the ghost event in HM2, but I wasn't able to complete it. I don't know what even triggers it; it just sorta happened one day in the Winter. I'm thinking maybe you need max friendship with Cain...? I've gotten max friendship with everyone but Ken.

Anyway, I got to the point where Ken runs back to his shop and you have to go talk to him... but his shop was closed because I had hired him for a commission the day before, and he was still working on it. You have to finish the event that day or it just kinda ends unresolved :\

So I'm hoping to trigger this event with my Sara file so I can see the conclusion.
