essentially it just boils down to if it's not or there's nothing you can do, just PRETEND NOT TO BE ANXIOUS and I'm like wtf I can't do that???

omg I hate that. I was recommended a book called 'feel the fear and do it anyway' and I was like "I'll only read it if you give it to me" because that sounds like bullshit. And guess what? IT WAS TOTAL BULLSHIT!!! The whole book was the title said in different words and it was just dumb.

Everything is just anxiety-inducing to me. And the more I analyse it with someone/myself the more upset I get because everything is irrational and I am VERY AWARE it is irrational but I am still scared to the point of puking and then I feel bad for being so anxious about stuff that is so stupid. So it actually works out better to just be scared of it and not do it than to dwell on it and try to fix it lol
